What is QuarterMania? A cross between an auction and a raffle where people bid to win the item being offered. Items range from $5 to $20 each in value, available for bid at 1 to 4 quarters per item based on the auctioneers preset cost. A winning bidder number is called until a qualifying bidder is determined. Bring $10 in quarters or for $15 you are entered in every auction!! Also,
